Like many services, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We then use the information to compile reports and to help us improve our site.

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. These cookies are used to store information, such as the time that the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before and what site referred the visitor to the web page.

Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It reports website trends without identifying individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics without affecting how you visit our site – for more information on opting out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites you use, visit this Google page.

costs and payment

We offer competitive rates.  When you instruct us we will try and give you a cost estimate although in some circumstances it is difficult to be precise until the issues are identified and the complexity of your case is established.

If you wish you can set limits on your costs and we can carry out work until your limit is reached giving you the chance to assess your situation.  We keep clients regularly updated on what their costs are so there are no surprises at the end of the case.  One of the most common complaints against solicitors is not giving clients sufficient information about costs. We do our utmost to ensure you know exactly what you are spending with us and to give you regular cost updates.

We are able to accept payment by credit or debit card over the phone or in the office.

You can pay us by cheque or you can pay us through electronic banking.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer Legal Aid/Public Funding but if we believe you qualify for Legal  Aid/Public Funding we will help you find a solicitor who can offer that.
